Responsabilidades:Conocer a fondo el portafolio de productos de Toku y su valor para los clientes. Diseñar y supervisar arquitecturas de integración (API y SFTP), garantizando calidad y seguridad. Desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades basadas en el uso y las necesidades de los clientes. Actuar como el contacto técnico principal para clientes clave, fomentando relaciones de confianza. Identificar y resolver proactivamente problemas para brindar un servicio excepcional. Gestionar la salud técnica de las integraciones en producción, anticipando problemas. Colaborar con equipos comerciales y de desarrollo para resolver problemas complejos. Identificar oportunidades para impulsar resultados comerciales y asegurar el éxito del cliente. Requisitos:Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos. Título en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera relacionada. Disponibilidad para trabajar en nuestras oficinas con un 50% de presencialidad. Organización, proactividad y pasión por la tecnología.
