Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager and based in our Paris office, you will oversee all preliminary actions required for the establishment of wind farms at various stages of development. You will ensure the coordination and management of assigned wind energy projects, being the guarantor of successful execution in terms of actions, timelines, and budgets.

This role covers the following geographical areas: Normandy, Hauts-de-France, Grand-Est, Île-de-France, and Centre-Val-de-Loire.

Key Duties:

Facilitate and monitor the development of wind farm projects.
Report on project progress to the Project Manager.
Track budgets and timelines in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders involved in project development: local officials, state services, contractors, residents, landowners, and operators.
Propose and implement land strategy for projects, from site identification to securing land agreements.
Lead the preparation of administrative authorization applications and monitor their approval process.
