Engineering Excellence: Establish and uphold rigorous engineering standards for typing, testing, release cycles, and incident/debug workflows. Leadership: Mentor fellow engineers and influence key architectural decisions across our agent and platform components. Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality production code. Core Python Mastery: Advanced expertise in async I/O (asyncio), subprocess orchestration, and WebSockets/JSON-RPC. API Design: Extensive experience with FastAPI and PostgreSQL (SQLModel/SQLAlchemy) for production API design, alongside strong proficiency in Pydantic v2, schema-first API design, and crafting type-safe SDKs. Multiple API Paradigms: Proven experience in building and integrating various API types, particularly gRPC and REST. Agent Frameworks: Demonstrated history of building or managing agent frameworks, including tool invocation, runtime orchestration, and evaluation pipelines.
