Project Overview:
We are seeking a Senior QA Automation & Performance Testing Engineer with extensive experience in non-functional testing, particularly performance. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a modern performance testing strategy, guiding our team to deliver excellence across critical customer journeys.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive performance test strategy and roadmap.
- Develop and manage journey-based performance tests for essential user flows and business-critical scenarios.
- Establish performance benchmarks (SLAs/SLOs), conduct performance baselines, and provide insightful analysis and reporting.
