About the Role:

We are searching for an experienced Senior QA Automation & Performance Testing Engineer with extensive background in non-functional testing, particularly in performance. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a modern performance testing strategy while leading the team to ensure its effective implementation across critical customer journeys.

Your Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and take ownership of an end-to-end performance testing strategy and roadmap.
Develop and maintain journey-based performance tests for essential user flows and business-critical scenarios.
Establish performance benchmarks (SLAs/SLOs), conduct performance baseline assessments, and provide actionable analysis and reports.
