Responsibilities:
As a QA / Release Manager IV, you will oversee the integration and flow of development, testing, and deployment processes, including the planning of releases that encompass features and enhancements. The Release Management team collaborates closely with Agile Squads and Program teams to coordinate release schedules and deployment efforts. This role entails supporting deployments, monitoring issues, and ensuring effective management of the environments. You will liaise with QA, Production Support, Development, Agilists, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to identify future environment needs and develop comprehensive Release Plans. Additionally, you will enforce Release Management Standards to guarantee successful releases. Responsibilities include driving the strategy of the Release/Environment team, coordinating code and hardware change deployments while maintaining environment consistency and availability to support the existing roadmap, creating complete Release Plans from QA to Post-Production, and fostering strong relationships within IT. You will also monitor and ensure environment uptime while identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks within the Bank's risk appetite.
Experience in managing test environments and configuration management is essential.
Experience collaborating with QA, Production Support, and Development teams is required. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience with Continuous Integration tools will be advantageous.
