Role overview

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will take ownership of quality assurance for a defined area of the Rewst platform. This hybrid position involves both manual and automated testing. The role includes leading test strategy, conducting structured and exploratory tests, and developing automation for the assigned product area.

Working closely with developers, product managers, and the QA Automation Architect, the Senior QA Engineer ensures features meet high quality standards. While most work centers on one squad, flexibility to support other teams is expected as priorities shift.

What you will do

Serve as the main QA contact for a technically complex area within a squad
Plan and perform manual testing and develop automated tests
Lead root cause analysis for production issues with a high degree of independence
Contribute to shared automation frameworks and CI/CD integration in collaboration with the QA Automation Architect
Support cross-squad initiatives as business needs change

QA Manager: Direct reporting line for priorities, quality standards, and performance metrics
