Your Role
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will collaborate with some of the world’s leading brands in a fast-paced environment filled with talented colleagues and cutting-edge technologies. Our team is expanding rapidly, offering numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Our technology stack includes PHP, MongoDB, OrientDB, Redis, Docker, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Vue.js, among others. We maintain a comprehensive testing framework that encompasses functional testing from unit tests to end-to-end (E2E) testing, as well as non-functional testing, particularly for performance. We are open to integrating new tools and languages that enhance our processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Champion the cultural evolution within the Software Engineering team by implementing best practices to ensure product success, including test automation, monitoring, product specifications, pipeline configurations, and testing strategies.
- Develop metrics and reports to proactively identify potential quality risks.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and solutions to elevate quality standards. Facilitate continuous self-training and knowledge sharing with software engineers regarding new quality practices and tools.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to identify usage patterns that enhance quality assurance processes.
- Document design patterns and best practices for the automation framework.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests.
- Oversee quality in the development pipeline, particularly in continuous integration (CI).
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 4 years of extensive experience in automation testing for web applications.
- Proficiency in developing automation frameworks using Node.js, ideally with WebdriverIO.
