Key Responsibilities
- Manage quantity surveying tasks throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Conduct comprehensive cost estimation, procurement, and cost control activities.
- Prepare and oversee bills of quantities and other essential pre-contract documents.
- Perform site visits to evaluate progress and assess cost impacts.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to uphold budget and schedule compliance.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, address contractual claims, and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Mentor junior quantity surveyors, fostering a collaborative team environment.
