We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our team and contribute to the creation of a world-class organization. In this position, you will report to the VP of People and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and hiring premier talent for our Revenue and Product & Engineering teams. Your talent market insights, data-driven mindset, and business acumen will be essential in identifying and attracting the best candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for our Revenue and Product & Engineering divisions, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiations.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to create a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
