The Senior Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring Service Excellence throughout the recruitment process. This position acts as a brand ambassador for our clients, collaborating closely with hiring managers in a consultative manner. The focus is on attracting top-tier talent while maintaining proactive and timely communication regarding the progress of searches. The Senior Recruiter must stay informed about industry trends and insights that may influence recruitment efforts. Additionally, this role involves mentoring Recruiters and other team members, showcasing innovative and creative search techniques.
- Work Location: Anywhere within China, South Korea, or Japan
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5:00 PM Local Time
- Specific Requirements: Prior experience in recruitment within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred.
- Language Requirement: Professional proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, and English is essential, as the role involves recruitment activities across China and Korea, necessitating effective communication with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in detailed conversations with hiring leaders to define position specifications.
- Efficiently review applicants through the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to specific job openings.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates from resume databases and networking platforms.
- Employ social media channels and deep web sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
- Create targeted lists of passive candidates through membership subscriptions and advanced technologies.
- Encourage referrals from business networks and internal sources.
- Leverage proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns to engage talent communities.
- Utilize a diverse mix of media to connect with potential candidates (phone, email, campaigns, networking introductions, and social media).
- Offer customized value propositions to candidates based on their unique situations and interests.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical details, interview schedules, dress code, and follow-up expectations; offer additional guidance as necessary.
- Ensure timely updates for all candidates regarding their application and interview status.
- Maintain a strong awareness of the interest levels and concerns of top candidates throughout the process.
- Conduct professional phone interviews with industry-specific questions tailored to the role.
