The Team:

As a Senior Regional Technical Account Manager for The Americas, based in New York City, you will be central to Ledger Enterprise's expansion efforts across the American continent. Reporting directly to the Director of Service Delivery Management, your role encompasses both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring our clients enjoy an exceptional service experience.

Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional account management; you will act as a trusted technical consultant and strategic partner to our clients, which include digital assets infrastructures such as exchanges, custodians, financial institutions, and professional investors. By leveraging your deep technical knowledge and sales expertise, you will cultivate long-lasting relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding and Support: Oversee the onboarding process for key clients, delivering essential technical guidance and documentation. Serve as the primary contact for all technical inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.

  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on product integration and operational best practices, ensuring their success in utilizing Ledger's offerings.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
