Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Real Estate

Role Overview
- Facilitate the Bank's commercial real estate banking operations.
- Identify and cultivate new customer relationships, focusing on:
- New loan opportunities
- New deposit accounts
- Cross-selling bank services and non-credit products, including treasury products, cash management, private banking, and wealth management investment products.
- Evaluate potential loan opportunities through:
- Financial modeling of collateral properties
- Property inspections
- Assessment of sponsors and guarantors
- Preparation of Opportunity Memoranda
- Negotiation of term sheets
- Client proposal presentations
- Supervise underwriters or directly underwrite new loan opportunities and modifications, including:
- Creating internal memoranda and analyses
- Collaborating with Credit Risk Management, Compliance, and senior lending personnel for efficient processing
- Preparing comprehensive CRE lending packages
- Presenting loan recommendations to the Credit Committee
- Manage the closing of approved loans, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with terms.
