Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, specifically in litigation support applications such as Oracle, Relativity, iPro, and related software.- Proven experience in designing, procuring, and integrating hardware and software solutions in complex environments.- Familiarity with large systems that incorporate a diverse array of operating systems and functionalities.- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior systems administrator role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) solutions utilizing leading COTS tools including Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap.
- Oversee the maintenance of the ALS system infrastructure across both on-premises and AWS cloud platforms.
- Manage external access to ALS tools, ensuring effective identity and access management for stakeholders such as expert witnesses and federal attorneys.
- Conduct regular system maintenance including backups, restore operations, software updates, and performance tuning.
- Create and update system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user documentation on a semi-annual basis.
- Deliver weekly reports detailing system health, performance metrics, and project progress.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
