About the Position

We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Research Associate with extensive experience in single-cell RNA sequencing to join our Virtual Cell Initiative at Arc Institute. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating large-scale single-cell perturbation datasets across over 50 cancer cell lines, facilitating the training of Virtual Cell models to accurately predict cellular states and responses to interventions.

Your expertise in implementing single-cell genomics technologies will be crucial for scaling our workflows to produce high-quality scRNA-seq datasets, contributing to the essential data generation for Arc’s Virtual Cell Initiative.
