Become a vital member of the Healthcare Innovations team at the American Institutes for Research (AIR) as a Senior Researcher. Here, we tackle complex issues surrounding healthcare quality, costs, and access through collaborative efforts. Our multidisciplinary team, comprising nurses, physicians, psychologists, economists, sociologists, data scientists, and public health experts, is dedicated to driving impactful research and evaluations. We utilize state-of-the-art data science tools and provide technical assistance and training that ultimately save lives.

In this role, you will spearhead applied research projects from inception to completion, including the design of rigorous studies, team and budget management, oversight of data collection and analysis, proposal development, and the dissemination of actionable insights. Your work will establish you as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the United States or from one of AIR’s U. S. office locations, excluding U. S. territories.
