Role Overview
The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst is pivotal in guiding the strategic trajectory of our organization. This role involves identifying challenges within the sales and customer success pipelines and converting data into actionable insights for senior leadership. You will lead advanced analytics, reporting, and system insights that drive executive decision-making, enhance revenue outcomes, and boost operational efficiencies throughout the customer lifecycle.
In this senior-level position, you will operate with considerable autonomy, collaborating closely with executive and senior revenue teams while mentoring junior RevOps members.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytics and Reporting
- Independently query and analyze revenue data using SQL to support forecasting, pipeline management, GTM performance, and executive reporting.
- Oversee comprehensive analysis of sales, retention, expansion, and customer success processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and revenue losses.
- Translate raw CRM, product, and financial data into clear insights for senior leadership, effectively linking performance issues to root causes and proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Lightdash, ensuring accuracy and relevance for executive and management teams.
- Define and monitor key revenue KPIs, delivering insightful narratives regarding trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Data and Process Management
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Executives, providing data-informed planning and decisions.
- Lead cross-functional RevOps initiatives, from problem identification to solution implementation, with established scopes, criteria for success, and timelines.
