Reporting directly to the Head of Policy, Legal, and Information Line, this position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with casework management experience and a strong background in providing effective support to autistic individuals. A deep understanding of autistic culture and issues related to autism in Ireland is essential.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, engaging sensitively and professionally with autistic individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for delivering both informal and formal training on autism-related topics to team members as needed, while also expanding the resources and services offered by the Information Line.We particularly encourage applications from neurodivergent individuals.Key Responsibilities:Manage the governance and compliance procedures for the Autism Information Line team, ensuring meticulous record keeping.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations, with regular policy reviews.Conduct quality reviews and provide constructive feedback on casework and service delivery, including regular updates to the Autism Information Line Handbook.Provide direct management and supervision to team members through weekly one-on-one meetings, day-to-day management, performance appraisals, and probationary reviews.
