Qualifications
Requirements4+ years of experience in developing, maintaining, and releasing web applications using Ruby on Rails or similar Ruby frameworks. Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, and CSS is a plus. Ability to consume and develop RESTful services. Experience in delivering production projects, including deployment, CI/CD, server provisioning, DBA, and DevOps. Experience working directly with remote teams and non-technical personnel (designers, product owners, project managers). Ability to make decisions in roles such as product owner, tech lead, or project manager. Experience in building systems using agile methodologies. Strong knowledge of software architecture and refactoring practices. Proficient in development principles, including testing, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and clean architecture. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
