About the Role
Join us in transforming our online mental health services into a robust provider platform, allowing seamless integration with health plans, employers, and med-tech applications. You will be instrumental in designing and deploying APIs, webhooks, and integration points that streamline processes for our partners, safeguard patient data, and expedite care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key platform APIs through the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering to rollout and monitoring.
Enhance the partner developer experience by creating comprehensive documentation, SDKs, sample applications, and sandbox flows.
Develop clear contracts and stable interfaces for identity, eligibility, scheduling, claims, and reporting.
Utilize standards like OAuth2/OpenID Connect and FHIR/HL7 when beneficial, while maintaining simplicity where possible.
Collaborate with product, security, data, and customer teams to address integration challenges with effective solutions.
Measure project impact and iterate swiftly based on feedback.
Lead the design, development, and optimization of services utilizing Ruby on Rails.
Architect and implement event-driven systems using RabbitMQ and other messaging technologies.
Design and refine schemas and queries for relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Drive the development of FHIR-compliant APIs to ensure healthcare interoperability.
