Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and/or ZoomInfo. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a revenue-focused environment.

Role overview

This role centers on managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals. The Senior SDR will work closely with clients, moving beyond appointment setting to advance and close significant opportunities. Success in this position means taking initiative, working at a high level, and directly influencing revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from generating leads to finalizing deals.
  • Drive outbound outreach through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and challenges.
  • Present AI automation solutions clearly and persuasively to prospects.
  • Navigate objections and guide prospects through each stage of the sales process.
  • Consistently close high-value deals and support revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to identify and qualify leads.
  • Work with leadership to refine sales strategies and messaging.
