At redbee Studios, we are on the lookout for a Sales Representative with a strong hunter profile, focused on generating new business and expanding revenue streams. This role is pivotal in achieving the company's defined growth objectives by leading the complete sales cycle for technology services.We seek an individual with a commercial mindset and autonomy, driven by results, capable of opening doors, building valuable relationships, and closing opportunities. What challenges await you?Your mission will be to drive company growth in the Chilean market by generating new revenue, developing relationships, and identifying opportunities from initial prospecting to closing sales. Generate and develop new commercial opportunities in Chile through networking, cold prospecting, hunting, and other lead generation techniques.Lead the end-to-end sales process: from initial contact and pre-sales to negotiation and closing.Negotiate commercial terms and accompany executive decision-making processes.Respond to and negotiate quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts, engaging various stakeholders within the company.Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present effective value propositions, supported by the pre-sales team.Represent redbee at industry events, meetings, and activities. Additional Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Marketing team on messaging, success stories, content, and event participation.Provide market feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and commercial strategy.Keep commercial systems (CRM, forecasting, reporting) updated and report on agreed KPIs. What are we looking for?Over 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in technology services (software development or similar solutions), focused on industries such as banking, fintech, payments, or related sectors, with an emphasis on the Chilean market.Experience leading consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and complex decision cycles.Strong results orientation, focused on closing opportunities and meeting commercial objectives.Possession of a personal client portfolio.Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.Ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into clear and concrete value propositions.Preferred experience with HubSpot and other sales tools.
