Responsibilities Drive Results: Lead full-cycle recruiting and employee selection efforts for our expanding Global Business Development Division. Collaborate with senior leadership to grasp their hiring objectives and devise strategies to achieve targets while ensuring timely and quality results. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract professionals across various sales roles, while consistently maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, sourcing, and referral initiatives. Foster Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with sales leadership teams and act as a strategic talent partner throughout the recruiting process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing candidates effectively and collaborating with HR specialists in areas such as global mobility, organizational training and development, HRIS, compensation, and compliance. Be an Expert: Gain an in-depth understanding of Esri’s sales organization and the markets it serves. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate recruiting performance, anticipate hiring needs, and inform strategic decisions. Stay updated on competitive talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and employment branding strategies to sustain a compelling market presence. Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing and closing sales positions at all levels. Proven ability to build successful relationships and partnerships across all levels of the organization. Strong capacity to conduct behavioral competency assessments for optimal talent placement. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing advanced sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
