Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Recruiter to collaborate closely with our Sales Leadership Team in scaling our sales organization. As our very first in-house recruiter focused on sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our team from approximately 15 to over 50 members while ensuring we uphold a high standard of talent.
Our Sales Leadership team is deeply committed to attracting and hiring top-tier talent. We actively participate in the recruitment process, valuing the candidate experience and recognizing that our greatest asset lies in the quality of our hires. You will find a strong partnership with us as we navigate this journey together.
You will oversee the entire sales hiring process, from defining role specifications and sourcing strategies to successfully closing candidates, with a strong focus on passive, outbound sourcing. You will take over an existing hiring process and will have the authority to refine and enhance it, ultimately establishing a scalable hiring engine as we grow.
This role is perfect for a proactive recruiter who possesses a deep understanding of complex B2B SaaS sales processes, enjoys close collaboration with sales leadership, and desires meaningful ownership within a Series B, AI-driven company.
This is not merely a sourcing position; we need someone who is willing to deeply understand our sales approach, our clients, our current Account Executives, our hiring criteria, our leadership, and our cross-functional collaborators to identify, vet, and recruit candidates who are exceptional fits for our organization.
We utilize a 1-4 rating scale for candidates, allowing only those rated 4 to join our team. We maintain our commitment to quality while also pursuing aggressive hiring goals.
