We are seeking experienced Senior Salesforce Developers who excel in consulting and client-facing delivery roles, with profound knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and familiarity with Data Cloud, Agentforce, and industry-specific solutions.
As a pivotal member of our expanding Salesforce delivery team, you will be instrumental in developing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions utilizing both declarative and programmatic techniques. You will collaborate within Agile delivery squads, support client engagements, and drive business outcomes through effective CRM and platform automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Core Development:
Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
Automate processes with Flows and other declarative tools, API Integrations, and Mulesoft.
Engage in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets - CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset), and maintain version control systems.
Uphold Salesforce development best practices and security protocols.
Sales & Service Cloud Focus:
Sales Cloud:
Experience managing Lead/Opportunity lifecycles, assignment rules, auto-conversion processes, and custom quote flows.
Hands-on experience with Product Catalogs, Pricing, Sales Engagement, and High Velocity Sales is advantageous.
Service Cloud:
Solid understanding of Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Entitlement Processes, Knowledge Base, and Agent Workspace.
Familiarity with CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and enhancements to Service Consoles.
Experience Cloud & Agentforce:
Customize Experience Cloud portals featuring bespoke Lightning components and branded user experiences.
Support advanced Agentforce applications, including AI-driven agent prompts, voice/chat interaction flows, and customer action orchestration via pre-trained contextual workflows.
Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP):
Utilize Data Cloud tools for real-time data ingestion, creating unified customer profiles, and executing segment activation for marketing or service journeys.
Develop connectors and data streams to facilitate event-based personalization.
Industry Cloud Experience (Preferred):
Financial Services Cloud (FSC):
Engagement with household modeling, Financial Accounts, Goals, Activities, and Compliance objects.
Exposure to Advisor Console, interaction summaries, and Einstein for FSC.
Manufacturing Cloud:
Experience with program management, Sales Agreements, and Account-Based Forecasting.
Knowledge of collaboration opportunities between field teams and internal stakeholders is a plus.
