Qualifications

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Salesforce platform development. A passion for software engineering, technology, and innovation. Strong mastery of the Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and associated products), APEX, Gitlab, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Excellent understanding of sales and customer support-related business processes. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and code quality. An iterative and continuous delivery approach. A strong preference for collaborative work, adopting constructive and respectful communication. Good understanding of philosophies behind practices such as Software Craftsmanship, 'Build it, Run it, Bury it', or agile methodologies, applied appropriately in daily tasks. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

Join our dynamic Salesforce team at Believe, where you will be instrumental in delivering cross-functional tools for our internal teams focused on sales and customer support. Your role will encompass participating in the entire lifecycle of our motivated and cohesive team.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze expressed needs, challenge them, and evaluate their feasibility.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the roadmap.

  • Collaborate with Product teams to design and estimate technical solutions that align with business requirements.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications adhering to KISS & YAGNI principles.

  • Ensure the performance, resilience, security, and scalability of developed solutions.

  • Participate in implementing and adhering to development best practices, including code reviews, TDD, Clean Code, Software Craftsmanship, and pair/mob programming.

  • Engage in knowledge sharing within the squad and contribute actively to Believe's sharing rituals (Tech talks, Demos, Tech radar) when opportunities arise.

  • Assist in release management, including technical documentation and testing.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.

  • Foster a pleasant, positive, and collaborative work environment.
