Your Responsibilities:
Analyze expressed needs, challenge them, and evaluate their feasibility.
Contribute to the development and execution of the roadmap.
Collaborate with Product teams to design and estimate technical solutions that align with business requirements.
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications adhering to KISS & YAGNI principles.
Ensure the performance, resilience, security, and scalability of developed solutions.
Participate in implementing and adhering to development best practices, including code reviews, TDD, Clean Code, Software Craftsmanship, and pair/mob programming.
Engage in knowledge sharing within the squad and contribute actively to Believe's sharing rituals (Tech talks, Demos, Tech radar) when opportunities arise.
Assist in release management, including technical documentation and testing.
Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.
Foster a pleasant, positive, and collaborative work environment.
