Defect Governance: Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps, prioritizing based on business impact and risk. Collaborative Agile: Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing quality sign-off recommendations and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Required Skills and QualificationsMust-have Skills:Act as a quality reference for Salesforce practices, ensuring platform stability across complex initiatives. Deep expertise in testing the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Industry Clouds). Proven ability to lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce solutions.
