We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to serve as a hands-on agile leader, mentor, and performance coach at our India office. This position offers a unique blend of extensive team facilitation and agile community leadership. You will immerse yourself within our engineering teams, driving them towards peak performance, while also acting as the local agile expert and mentoring a Scrum Master Chapter.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead engineering teams as their dedicated Scrum Master, exemplifying advanced agile practices and cultivating a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Empower teams to effectively conduct their own ceremonies by providing essential support, tools, and guidance, ensuring meetings are team-led, productive, and value-driven.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and tech leads to advocate for advanced backlog management, prioritization techniques, and goal-setting that maximizes business value.
- Focus relentlessly on continuous improvement, utilizing data and metrics to enhance team predictability, efficiency, and self-sufficiency.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to a Scrum Master Chapter, offering guidance, support, and an escalation path for complex challenges.
