About the Role:
As a pivotal member of Wrike’s Security team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity and trustworthiness of our platform’s data. In this senior role, you will be responsible for enhancing and overseeing the security framework across Wrike’s production, Kubernetes, and GCP environments. Your mission is not merely to maintain existing systems; you will design a "secure by default" infrastructure, enabling our engineering teams to operate swiftly without compromising safety.
Your Impact:
Own Infrastructure Security: Architect, implement, and refine security controls, such as hardening, network segmentation, IAM, and endpoint security, across our entire infrastructure.
Strategic Defense: Guide the technical direction of our cybersecurity defenses, focusing on enterprise posture management, threat detection, and vulnerability oversight.
Collaborative Architecture: Collaborate with ITOps, SysOps, DevOps, and XOps to integrate security seamlessly into our architecture and change management workflows.
SIEM Evolution: Develop and sustain our SIEM strategy and associated infrastructure to ensure proactive visibility into security events.
Mentorship: Educate and mentor engineering teams on secure system design, enhancing the overall security knowledge of the organization.
Your Qualifications:
Cloud & Container Mastery: Extensive experience managing GCP permissions and security configurations within Kubernetes, Azure, and on-premises environments.
Technical Depth: Strong proficiency in Intrusion Detection, Exploit Development, and Linux Operations with a robust understanding of security principles.
Security Architecture: Proven ability to design and implement security architectures that meet organizational needs.
