THE CHALLENGE We are in search of a Lead Security Operations Engineer to spearhead the design, implementation, and management of our Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical authority responsible for enhancing our security automation capabilities. By leveraging a wide array of technologies—including security tools, APIs, and cloud services—you will optimize our security operations and elevate our incident response efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in protecting Take-Two and its subsidiaries’ systems, networks, and data. You will collaborate closely with Take-Two's Information Security teams and report directly to the Director of Security Operations Engineering. WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON SOAR Platform Management: Lead the design, development, and upkeep of SOAR playbooks, workflows, and integrations with various security tools. Automation and Optimization: Identify and drive automation initiatives to enhance the speed and precision of security operations and incident responses. Technical Leadership: Serve as a domain expert for SOAR, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the security team. Collaboration and Strategy: Partner with other security teams to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies.
