Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the SEO strategy across critical business areas, including new languages and products.
- Drive organic traffic growth from search engines and emerging platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Establish scalable processes to acquire high-quality backlinks and effectively manage the link-building budget.
- Stay informed on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
- Initiate and implement innovative strategies to enhance organic traffic.
- Advocate for SEO best practices throughout the organization and educate teams on its significance.
- Provide monthly performance reports and updates on key initiatives to leadership.
- Manage partnerships with digital PR and link-building agencies.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of in-house SEO experience.
- Educational background in a STEM field.
- Comprehensive understanding of content, link-building, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Quick adaptability and comfort with change.
- Proficient in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similar Web, Heap).
- Able to work independently while collaborating across engineering, content, and marketing teams.
