Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Service Delivery Manager (Defence) to enhance our team. This role demands an individual who excels in service delivery, relationship management, budget oversight, performance reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. Your strong interpersonal and leadership abilities will be key in ensuring that we consistently provide exceptional service to our clients and their end users. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across program management, delivery, finance, and support teams, acting as a crucial point of escalation to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our Client team, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction for our clients and their user communities by delivering exceptional service in alignment with contracted terms. You will partner with program managers, service delivery managers, and support teams to guarantee outstanding service and customer experiences.
Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with customers and finance teams to ensure accurate billing, minimize disputes, and ensure timely payments in accordance with contract terms.
