The Role
We are seeking a Senior Service Design Lead to join our Business Transformation Office (BTO). This pivotal role will play a crucial part in how Ping Identity leverages AI to redesign workflows, starting from initial research to implementation and impact assessment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading experience and service design for high-impact AI transformations endorsed by executives.
- Mapping comprehensive day-in-the-life journeys for key personas (e.g., sellers, Customer Success Managers, support engineers) and crafting AI-driven workflows and processes that significantly enhance productivity.
- Serving as a trusted partner to VP/ELT sponsors and functional leaders, guiding them in reimagining their operations while keeping them actively involved.
You will report to the Director of Business Transformation and collaborate as a vital member of a cross-functional AI team alongside business owners, project managers, and digital product managers.
