As a Senior Developer, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management (CSM) to design and implement solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, performing technical validations, and providing architecture recommendations. Your extensive experience with the ServiceNow Platform is essential for developing and customizing applications that enhance customer service processes.
