About the role
As a Senior ServiceNow Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs and translating them into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform. With your minimum of 7 years of experience, you will work closely with development teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements while adhering to ITSM and ITIL best practices. You will also be involved in configuring workflows, creating forms and reports, and supporting end-users for a smooth adoption of new modules. Your technical and functional expertise will enable you to actively participate in implementing innovative solutions while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and model business needs from various stakeholders, translating them into precise functional specifications for the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to functional requirements and timelines.
Participate in configuring complex workflows, forms, and reports in ServiceNow to meet specific user needs.
Test new functionalities and ensure the quality of delivered solutions by performing functional tests and validations prior to deployment.
Provide training and support to users in adapting to new modules, offering clear and tailored documentation as needed.
Work closely with technical teams to align functional needs with technical constraints.
Ensure that solutions comply with ITIL/ITSM best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
