Responsibilities
- Craft and Implement Social Media Strategies. Collaboratively design and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals, offering insights on best practices and innovative methods to boost engagement.
- Lead High-Impact Campaigns. Oversee the execution and performance assessment of large, multi-channel social media initiatives while working with stakeholders to ensure integration with broader marketing strategies.
- Enhance Content Strategy. Create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with varied audiences, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and industry trends. Provide strategic insights to keep messaging consistent with Esri’s brand ethos and marketing objectives.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization. Utilize KPIs and develop sophisticated reporting techniques to evaluate campaign impact. Employ analytics tools for strategic recommendations aimed at continuous improvement and maximizing engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
- Foster Communication and Collaboration. Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to synchronize social media efforts with Esri’s corporate vision. Share insights and strategic recommendations to drive brand growth while mentoring junior team members to enhance social media practices.
- Stay Ahead of Trends. Maintain current knowledge of the latest social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms. Experiment with new formats and techniques to enhance engagement and establish Esri’s social content as a leader in digital interaction.
