This opportunity is perfect for software engineers with 2-5 years of hands-on experience who are eager to focus on network management software and take on greater responsibilities in creating enterprise-level solutions for network infrastructure oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Ownership: Assume complete ownership of medium-complexity features, including modules for network device configuration and monitoring dashboards.
- Network Device Integration: Build integrations with various network equipment vendors' APIs and management protocols.
- Data Visualization: Develop interactive charts, graphs, and network topology visualizations to facilitate real-time network monitoring.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance for processing network telemetry data and live updates.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with backend teams to design APIs for effective network device management.
- Mobile Development: Contribute to mobile applications utilized by field technicians for network device configuration.
- Automation Scripts: Create scripts and tools for network device provisioning and bulk configuration tasks.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers related to network management workflows.
- Junior Mentoring: Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews for Engineer II team members.
- Technical Research: Investigate new networking technologies and assess their incorporation into our platform.
