What you will do
- Develop and maintain end-to-end dbt testing strategies, validating data transformations across bronze, silver, and gold layers using mocked and expected datasets.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and Analytics Engineers to define the scope of testing, maintain requirement traceability, and uphold data quality standards.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dbt models, unit tests, integration tests, and custom data validation frameworks within modern data platforms.
- Investigate failed test cases, review pull requests, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Identify ways to improve technical processes and team effectiveness.
