As a Senior Software Engineer on our XCore team, you will play a pivotal role in one of the most significant projects at People.ai , Forecasting. You will be responsible for building and advancing a live product with a robust user base, collaborating closely with business teams and customers through discovery and exploratory discussions. Your contributions will directly influence company revenue by defining and delivering features based on authentic customer feedback, shaping how clients plan, forecast outcomes, and make crucial business decisions.
Moreover, you will work collaboratively across Engineering and R&D teams to enhance core Admin Platform services, including authentication, user management, settings, and configurations. Utilizing customer insights and data analysis, you will design and implement high-performance, low-latency systems and APIs that scale efficiently while optimizing operational costs.
