Qualifications We Seek
A proven track record across various game projects and platforms, not limited to Unity.
Adaptability to customer production environments and the ability to manage work streams in partnership with clients.
Deep understanding of the technical challenges associated with complex game development.
Strong teamwork skills, with the capability to plan, coordinate, and communicate project intentions, progress, and timely deliverables amidst typical game development hurdles.
Independence in identifying and clarifying tasks, aiding project completion.
