The Role
As a senior software engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying core systems that drive our cutting-edge AI platform. Your responsibilities will span the entire technology stack, encompassing backend services, infrastructure, APIs, and product features. You will have significant ownership over your projects, with opportunities to engage in greenfield initiatives, enhance existing systems, and influence critical architectural decisions.

What You'll Do
Deliver end-to-end features through close collaboration with research and product teams.
Enhance system foundations focusing on performance, reliability, observability, and developer efficiency.
Elevate engineering standards via code reviews and design discussions.
Broaden your expertise in hardware design. While prior experience isn't required, a willingness to learn about hardware development is essential.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in building production software (internships and teaching assistantships excluded).
Proficient understanding of agent development and evaluations.
Fluency in at least one backend programming language utilized in modern infrastructure (Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, etc.).
Proven track record of owning significant systems or features, rather than merely contributing.
Bonus Points For
Experience in hardware-software interactions or AI system design.
