Role overview
The Builders team seeks a Senior Back-End Software Engineer based in Sydney. This group advances the builder experience, agent builder, tool builder, and workforce builder features, making the platform more effective for a broad customer base. Engineering teams work on different aspects of the AI workforce, from supporting individual creators to scaling systems for enterprise use worldwide. The focus of this role is to build systems that ensure AI is reliable, effective, and ready for production.

- Enhance and maintain the builder experience on the Relevance AI platform
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver features to users quickly
- Lead key technical initiatives and mentor team members
- Reduce unnecessary processes and help drive efficient delivery
