About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of and enhance the systems that optimize delivery efficiency at Gopuff. You will work at the crossroads of operations research, applied AI, and full-stack engineering to create intelligent systems that determine driver compensation, optimize order routing, compress delivery windows, engage drivers through gamification strategies, and maintain the best talent on our platform.
This position goes beyond merely maintaining existing services. You will design and implement AI agents that autonomously navigate complex logistical decisions, adjust driver incentives in real-time based on demand, accurately predict delivery times, create engaging gamification elements to keep drivers motivated, and provide actionable insights that minimize delivery costs while ensuring fair compensation for drivers and delighting customers.
