You will define the standards for native integration quality and hold the organization accountable through clear, measurable outcomes. Your Daily ResponsibilitiesArchitect the Roadmap: Strategically prioritize our native integration portfolio by balancing customer needs, ARR impact, and competitive benchmarks across the HRIS and CRM sectors.In-Depth Discovery: Conduct technical investigations by analyzing vendor APIs, testing authentication models, and scrutinizing payloads to ensure our PRDs are flawless before any coding begins.Own the Lifecycle: Manage the comprehensive journey of each connector, from inception to deprecation, while proactively addressing versioning and adapting to upstream vendor changes.
