Your Responsibilities

Applied AI & Full-Stack Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain production-level AI features powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), including RAG architectures and Agentic workflows.

  • Create high-performance data pipelines, APIs, and microservices that efficiently handle healthcare data at scale, ensuring secure integration of LLM outputs into user-facing applications.

  • Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and technical assessments of emerging AI technologies to evaluate their viability and scalability for our products.

  • Develop responsive web applications using contemporary frontend frameworks to provide users with intuitive intelligence and analytics features.

  • Ensure observability and operational excellence for AI services, advocating for security and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and SOC2.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead architectural decisions and system optimizations for AI functionalities in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

  • Take ownership of technical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term scalability.
