We entrust our Engineering Managers with the authority to make pivotal architectural decisions that shape their domain and influence the future of Tide’s Platform.We operate within domain-aligned, full-stack teams that manage products from inception to delivery. Engineers are encouraged to self-organize, collaborate on technical challenges, and establish shared standards through Communities of Practice.Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 8-12 engineers.Collaborate with a Product Manager to form an effective Product Engineering Duo.Demonstrate a passion for both the product being built and the processes involved.Oversee the delivery from the team, ensuring quality, stability, timelines, and dependencies are met.Ensure technical excellence and architectural integrity within the team’s scope.Drive continuous improvement in team performance as measured by DORA metrics.Foster the ongoing growth and wellbeing of the engineering team.
