Our innovative platform is designed to seamlessly integrate with existing distribution systems, automating repetitive tasks and minimizing failure points in the logistics of physical goods globally.
With a talented team of 70 professionals, including approximately 45 engineers, we operate across North and South America.
The Opportunity
As we experience rapid growth in our customer base, we are in search of senior-level engineers who can deliver high-quality work with agility. You will be responsible for managing complex backend systems and contributing to product features that create significant value for our users.
Your Responsibilities
Perform backend engineering tasks that prioritize scalability, performance, and reliability.
Lead major projects from initial planning through to deployment.
Engage collaboratively with product and customer teams to ensure engineering aligns with business objectives.
Balance hands-on programming with steering the technical direction of the team.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Canals as we scale alongside our customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive experience as a backend engineer, specializing in scalable, high-performance systems.
Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, product-driven setting.
Demonstrated ownership of deliverables, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
Skilled at mentoring and assisting other engineers through insightful code reviews and architectural guidance.
Experience in high-growth startups or small teams is advantageous.
