About the job
Position: Senior Software Engineer (Solvers)
Location: Remote (CET +/- 4)
Type: Full-time
Salary: $160K - $180K
Join a groundbreaking technology lab at the forefront of developing advanced intent-based infrastructure designed to facilitate seamless cross-chain interactions. Our client is at the intersection of AI, services, and financial applications, crafting intent-driven liquidity layers that enable real-time interactions among smart contracts and decentralized agents. With a strong emphasis on AI, cryptography, and decentralized finance (DeFi), this team is revolutionizing the architecture of cross-chain execution.
The Senior Software Engineer (Solvers) will play a pivotal role in architecting and guiding the development of the Solver network, an essential component of the ecosystem. This position requires leading engineering design efforts, enhancing overall performance and reliability, and building next-generation execution frameworks powered by intent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect the Solver Framework: Design algorithms, execution strategies, and infrastructure essential for solver competition, quote aggregation, and intent-ready execution workflows.
- Lead Technical Excellence: Influence high-impact architectural decisions and uphold high engineering standards through thorough code and design reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, research, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure alignment of Solver capabilities with the broader technical roadmap.
- Optimize Performance at Scale: Guarantee low-latency and high-throughput execution across multiple chains and decentralized environments.
- Develop Solver Economics: Create incentive structures, competition mechanisms, and cryptoeconomic models to encourage and sustain participation in the network.
- Hands-on Technical Leadership: Balance high-level architectural oversight with active coding, prototyping, and real-time resolution of complex technical challenges.
