Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and maintain high-throughput detection systems and backend services, ensuring low latency and high reliability.
- Data Orchestration: Spearhead the development of robust data pipelines utilizing Spark and Airflow to provide detection teams with high-fidelity data for machine learning model training and evaluation.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering Managers to establish technical roadmaps, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and promote best practices in code quality and system design.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Guide the team in adopting AI productivity initiatives, leveraging tools such as Claude, OpenAI, and GitHub Copilot to expedite the development lifecycle and automate internal workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage closely with TPMs, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Security Researchers to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize cloud-native infrastructure on AWS/EKS, ensuring systems are efficient, secure, and performant.
