The Opportunity:

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Software Engineering Manager to spearhead multiple engineering teams focused on developing core product functionalities.

In this pivotal role, you will mentor, empower, and support a team of high-achieving engineers tasked with building intricate product systems. You will closely collaborate with senior engineers and technical leads who are responsible for technical architecture and daily operations while nurturing a robust engineering organization that consistently delivers impactful outcomes.

This position functions within a flat organizational structure, managing approximately 20-25 engineers across various teams. Success here depends on strong leadership skills, the capacity to operate at scale, and maintaining a high-performance culture while enabling swift team execution.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and oversee a group of engineers across multiple teams, directly managing around 20-25 engineers while collaborating closely with technical leads driving execution.

  • Guide and mentor engineers through their career progression, fostering expanded ownership and enhancing technical leadership within the organization.

  • Cultivate a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and peak performance.

  • Develop and implement strong planning and execution practices to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality system delivery.

  • Identify and eliminate organizational obstacles that hinder engineering productivity and speed.

  • Enhance team efficiency through the integration of AI tools and processes, advancing the capabilities of coding agents.
